CREATING AN ORDER

Do you ship to my country?

We hope we do, to check please create an account by clicking the "My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. When you are ready to checkout select  “Checkout as Guest”.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel an order for any reason prior to despatch. Please email us at sales@juliannelondon.com quoting your order number. Refunds can take up to 5 days to process. If your order has already been despatched and you would like to cancel your order, please follow our returns Policy below.

PAYMENT

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal. Payment online is in a secure environment managed by Shopify Payments so we do not see or store credit card information.

What are my shipping charges?

Currently all standard UK and International shipping is FREE for orders over £50. For orders under £50 charges are £4.95 in the UK and £9.95 for international orders.

How is VAT Charged?

UK VAT is charged on all goods purchased from our site and shipped to the UK and EU, and is included in the retail price. VAT is not applicable to other international orders.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Shipping within the United Kingdom

  • Once the order is received goods will be shipped within 48 hours, as long as goods are in stock (in the rare instance they are not in stock we will inform you within the 48hours of this offering you a refund or exchange).
  • Orders paid by Paypal cannot be shipped until payment has cleared.
  • Goods are not shipped Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
  • We cannot deliver goods to a PO Box. 
  • Once shipped, goods will take 2-4 days to reach you.
  • If you require your order faster than the timeframes listed above please contact us at sales@juliannelondon.com as we may be able to help.

International Shipping

  • Julianne Boutique is not responsible for paying any additional customs charges such as duties, tariffs and taxes. The correct amount of the currency the goods were paid in will be quoted for each order. Customers are responsible for researching the applicable customs charges as Julianne Boutique cannot make a false customs declaration when shipping international orders.

  • Goods are not shipped over Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
  • All goods shipped outside of the United Kingdom are shipped as tracked mail requiring a signature.
  • We cannot deliver goods to a PO box.
  • Once shipped, goods will take 1-2 weeks to reach you but due to each countries customs procedures this time will vary. We are unfortunately not responsible for any delays.
 

RETURNS

What is the returns policy?

  • Products can be returned whether faulty or change of mind within 14 days of receipt by you for a full refund or exchange.
  • For any return, please email us at sales@juliannelondon.com prior to returning and we will provide a returns number and returns address. Please provide the reason for return, order number, Name, Email address, Phone number in all correspondence.
  • Goods must have tags attached and must be received by us in a saleable condition for a return to be accepted.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive the goods by return. Once we have checked off the goods we will process the refund.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage. The parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us.
  • We will not refund the cost of postage to us for returned goods in the event of change of mind.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 days.
